Bob Ralston, Cal State East Bay Head Baseball Coach
A local product and Moreau Catholic High School Hall of Famer, Bob Ralston enters his fourth season at the helm for Cal State East Bay baseball and brings 22 years of coaching experience across all levels to the helm for the Pioneers.A former All-American at the University of Arizona, Ralston also boasts playing and coaching experience at the professional level. Ralston has led Cal State East Bay to back-to-back 30-win seasons for the first time in program history.

Darren Lewis, Associate Head Baseball Coach
Former major leaguer Darren Lewis is in his fourth season as assistant coach with Pioneer baseball. The local product played professional baseball with seven teams, including the Oakland Athletics and San Francisco Giants, making three playoff appearances and collecting a Gold Glove as a centerfielder during his 13-year career.Lewis joined the Pioneer staff after spending four years as a baseball coach at Dougherty Valley High School in San Ramon.

Zac Chuvala, Assistant Baseball Coach
Former Pioneer Zac Chuvala enters his first year as an assistant coach for CSUEB 2014-15. He was Cal State East Bay's starting shortstop for his junior and senior years after transferring from Scottsdale Community College prior to the 2013 season.Chuvala was an honorable mention All-CCAA selection in 2013 after batting .296 for the season. As a senior, he led the league with 137 defensive assists and ranked second among CCAA shortstops with a .961 fielding percentage.
